Comfortable and well-equipped house near the city center and the beach - 4 bedrooms (2 suites)
House about 500 m from the beach of Juquey, near the center, with market, bakery, shopping and restaurants.
Very well equipped and comfortable property, in the upper part a suite with queen size bed, lcd tv with sky complete, a large double room, balcony and another room with two bunk beds and social bathroom. Outside another suite
At the bottom, fully equipped kitchen, pantry, dining room, living room with LCD and sky tv and laser room.
Outside, swimming pool, barbecue and balcony.
There is a caretaker who will clean the pool daily and will be available for any eventuality.
Only available to families, not rent to groups.
I will not attend brokers and intermediaries

O proprietário é muito acessível e responde rápido. O zelador José também é muito atencioso. A casa é bem pertinho do centrinho e dispensa o carro. Recomendo a locação.

Nunca tinha ido para Juquehy e a experiência foi maravilhosa, a praia é linda e o centrinho tem ótimas opções para beber e comer. A casa é maravilhosa, super confortável e extremamente limpa, próxima do centro e da praia. A acomodação possui tudo o que precisa e não deixa a desejar e anfitrião Claúdio foi muito atencioso e tirou todas as dúvidas. No local fui recepcionado pelo caseiro que nos recebeu muito bem e deixou bem a vontade. Eu recomendo, o lugar é super tranquilo e calmo.
Com certeza voltarei mais vezes.

Casa um pouco mais antiga, mas que atende tudo que esperamos.
Casa muito boa, antiga, mas que atende tudo o que prometeu. Tem muito espaço, uma piscina boa, tem churrasqueira e quartos de bom tamanho. A cozinha é completa, assim como o resto da casa. Um ponto negativo foi a internet da casa, não atende a demanda de uso, uma vez que aquele modem WiFi com chip de celular, o que não permite muitas conexões e naturalmente não tem grande velocidade.
No mais a casa é, próxima à praia e ao centro, o anfitrião é muito legal, preocupado em nós atender bem. Indico e voltaria.

Quanto a internet , infelizmente a região não dispõe de tecnologia melhor , estou na fila da Vivo há anos esperando por internet a cabo , todas disponíveis são do mesmo tipo , com chip .
Por ser carnaval , que tem um fluxo bastante grande de pessoas também prejudica a velocidade da internet.
Espero tê-lo de volta em breve.
