Welcome to this charming house on the lake in Stockbridge. This brilliant vacation rental, minutes away from the City of Atlanta, Mcdonough square and a host of dining and entertainment options offers a beautiful escape for guests. It features a game room with foosball and air hockey tables, and lots of board games. There are also two outdoor areas with firepit, BBQ grill and plenty of seating. With 4 bedrooms, including a king bed, bunk bed, and 2 queen beds, and a sofa sleeper there's plenty of space for everyone. The sunroom provides the perfect place to relax and have a cup of cofee as you watch the swans swim on the lake. Boasting 3 1/2 bathrooms, two bathrooms are equipped with a jetted bathtub, shower, and hair dryer, while the other is equipped with a beautiful marble standalone shower. You'll find all the necessities like smart tvs in each room, AC, WiFi, a laundry room with detergent included, keurig coffee maker with all coffee supplies, blender, toaster and toiletries.

Note: Guests do not have access to the HOA common area (Beach area)

Fishing is allowed. Beware of wildlife animal native to Lake water. (Fishing poles provide)
Bicycles provided for a scenic bike ride through beautiful Stockbridge.
No Garage. Driveway parking 2-3 vehicles.
Guest will have full access to the home, deck and dock.

This property has limited parking space with max. 2-3 cars parking. No garage and ABSOLUTELY NO street parking.
