Kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker and bean grinder. blender, basic dining, cooking, and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils, and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons, and more.

Kitchen Supplies: We also provide a spice rack, salt, and pepper. Other cooking essentials or supplies that are at times provided: condiments like ketchup, mayo, mustard. Foil, cling wrap, parchment paper, and zip lock bags as well.

House Supplies: Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry detergent.

Pool maintenance comes on Tuesdays and Friday. Gardening service is provided on Wednesdays or Thursdays.

We had a great stay in this house. It worked perfect for our family. The location was convenient to a lot of stores etc as well as the highway. The kitchen was very well stocked. The outdoor area was beautiful! The host replied to my messages in a timely manner. Definitely would recommend this house.

Great property for families!

This property was everything we were hoping for and more! Our family enjoyed our stay. The host's instructions were very clear from check in to check out. Everything we needed was included in our stay. The host thought of everything! This is in a 24 hour gated community with strict parking ruies, so make sure you follow the instructions. Also apple and google maps will take you to a restricted entrance, so make sure to enter on Avenue 44 where the main entrance is.

The property exceeded my expectations. I looked at many homes until I found this one. I looked for a home that was spacious and offered amenities that a multigenerational family would enjoy. The heated pool and spa with the slide was enjoyed by all. The game room was the surprise feature that was raved about.As a STR. Host myself, I appreciated all the small touches and thoughtfulness that went into preparing the property for guests. Kitchen had much more than the basics. Extra paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap and dishwasher detergent, and seasonings and olive oil were much appreciated.My whole family gave it a .

We spent a wonderful weekend here. The house was extremely well-equipped, clean, and ready to go from the moment we stepped in the door. It had everything you could possibly want to enjoy a stay in Palm Springs. The kitchen had every cooking device you might need and more, so making meals was super easy and stress-free. Communication with the host was nearly instantaneous, and check-in instructions were clear. Very secure area with a guard gate, too.We had nine teens and three adults, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kids had a blast with the slide, game room, putting green, and pool toys, and the adults enjoyed the various outdoor seating areas to escape the kids when needed! Highly recommend!!
