Take out the rubbish
Please take all trash out to the dumpster( located across from the BBQ grill, in corner, behind gate) . Please make sure dumpster and all barrels are fully closed.
And please turn all thermostats to 86 and cool. We will take care of the rest. Thank you
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Events are approved on a case by case basis from the owner. An additional fee will be applied for events that will be agreed upon

The host was very responsive, and friendly. The house itself was stunning; the beds and bedrooms were really nice. The games room, the pool, hot tub, Pickleball court , and mini golf were all in phenomenal shape! Everything was clean and spacious! Overall, it was a 10 out of 10 for everyone in our group!

Family getaway with small children

This was our bi-annual family getaway with all of our adult children and grandchildren.13 adults and 12 children under the age of 10 made for a full-activity stay! We cooked virtually all meals onsite, and used the pool many hours each day. Chris was an excellent communicator, and was responsive to every need we expressed. If we were doing it again, we would choose the same place!

Clean and Spacious House

Our recent trip to Indio was amazing. The house was stunning and extremely clean. There were multiple bedrooms and it fit about 20 adults. The backyard was huge with a beautiful pool. There were multiple games on the grounds such as volleyball, and golf. There was entertainment not only for adults but for children as well. The grill area was also amazing. There were 2 refrigerators in the pool area and an ice making machine as well. I highly recommend this house to others and will definitely stay there again.

Fantastic all around experience

It was my brothers bachelor party, and we couldn’t have had a better experience at the house. We played volleyball, putt putt and swam in the big pool and hot tub. The building was spotless. There wasn’t any neighbors to deal with - just a fantastic overall experience. The property manager was also very communicative and helpful, texting me when I couldn’t figure out a certain remote. I couldn’t recommend this place more.
