It's one of few houses that offers five rooms with king beds with ensuites Situated on a half-acre lot in a private community, Nomad Estate is suited to host your large group for any occasion whether it be a corporate retreat, festival goers, family weekend, or bachelor/bachelorette parties. Upon entering this resort-style vacation home you can find a living room with a flat screen TV, indoor fireplace, wet-bar, and dining area with seating for 18. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances for any cooking or baking needs and an island with seating for 6. The detached casita offers a kitchenette with mini-fridge, coffeemaker, and microwave. Enjoy the outdoors at the Nomad Estate in the backyard designed for entertainment. Enhance your experience by lounging poolside in the lounge chairs, cabana, day beds, or hammock. In addition to the pool & spa you can find outdoor games, dining for 18, a fire pit, commercial misting system and outdoor kitchen. The full-service outdoor kitchen includes a pizza oven, BBQ, sink, ice maker, TV, and bar. Big family trip

Enjoyed our stay a ton! Large multi family gathering lots of room and amenities. Was great for kids and adults would go back for sure!

Friends Trip

This property is very well located, large with lots of amenities. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked with everything you would need. There were 11 of us in the house and we were very comfortable, plenty of room. Really loved the large table inside and out. The Property manager was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay. Our comments would be the property could use some minor repairs throughout the house, an upgrade to the internet (very spotty) and clearer instructions on working the pool & spa. We think this house is great just needs a little love. Cheers

Overall Positive Stay

We stayed for a weekend to celebrate our Bach trip with a few friends. Overall we had an amazing time. The weather was warmer than expected and we spent lots of time in the pool and hot tub. Our group of ten was very comfortable in the house. The host was very communicative and answered all our questions leading up to our stay. On the day of arrival we had a hard time finding the attached casita and messaged the host asking where it was as well as if there were any extra blankets. The host didn’t respond until the next day (luckily we did find the attached casita after a few hours) and then was apologetic. The house has aged a bit since the photos were taken, the outdoor furniture is different, some of the vinyl flooring in the primary bedroom is peeling up, and small things were broken (none of the garage doors were working, bar faucet kept dripping, dishwasher works but the drawers kept getting off the track, one guest room shower was very clogged). These are all easy fixes but given the cost of the rental they should be repaired before any guests stay next. They have a range of spices and oils that seem leftover from past guests so keep that in mind if you plan to cook a bunch. They have a puzzle, twister, scrabble and now the card game We’re Not Really Strangers. Overall we would stay here again but would want the hosts to fix some minor issues first!

A Great House for big groups

This is a wonderful house for big groups and very near to the music festival venue and Palm Desert. It has many outdoor activities, pool, hot tub, corn hole, horse shoes (the bocce ball court and horse shoe pit are combined which makes the surface too uneven for bocce and some of the bocce balls were chipped when we arrived), ping pong, large fire pit and several hammocks. The yard features several different type of fruit trees for guest use. It was a wonderful house. The only negative was that one of the smaller bedrooms had not been cleaned very well as it had dust and cobwebs on the floor and wall corners.
