The home was very cozy and had everything we needed for a weekend trip! Kitchen is stocked, plenty of sitting and lounging room, beds are amazing, the couch is so comfy, easy walk to the beach, and very close to stores! We would absolutely stay here again! Owner was very quick to respond!!! A perfect weekend get away!

When we arrived in the late evening, it was very well lit and once we entered the home it was very clean; the kitchen, the bathrooms and the bedrooms. The kitchen had everything that we needed and we will definitely use this property again. The communication with Eric was great. Eric greeted us, checked on us in intervals and told us to contact him at any time. There wasn’t a need to do so because it was extremely comfortable. Thanks Eric for everything and look forward to our next visit.

The home was comfortable, the community quiet, and a great location for our birding activities. It was, for the most part, centrally located to birding locations up and down High Island. We enjoyed after dinner walks around the neighborhood, down to the beach, and early evening walks through the activity field yielded good bird activity.
