The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Our cleaners are amazing but pricey: guests pay only *half* the actual cleaning fee cost.
Please consider chipping in before check-out:
1. Strip used beds & place sheets in bathroom.
(Please don't strip the inner allergy cover off the pillows)
2. Collect used bath towels and place in/near the tub.
3. Empty refuse outside: trash into green, recycling into blue.
4. Load dirty dishes into dishwasher & start (door requires an extra nudge to click-shut!)
Thank you for helping limit cleaning costs and taking great care of our home!

It was wonderful. Loved being IN Eugnene and then have a pleasant surprise of being in a forested area. Perfect respite in-between activities and visiting.
This place was incredible. Nestled back in the woods on the backside of a tree covered ridge. Very quiet, except for the wind through the trees and the occasional deer. Perfect fire pit, though we didn’t get to use it this trip. The park around the corner is great and there is also a trail you can enter on Olive Street that takes you along the ridge and up to the other side.
Very pretty spot in an older wooden house. Still "in town" while feeling semi-secluded. It's a bit hard to find and the driveway is pretty steep and narrow. Because it's in the hills it's not really walking distance from anywhere but it's in a nice location if you are driving to places. Lots of wildlife and animals in the yard which was fun.
