Make memories at this unique and family-friendly home on Little Squam Lake. Enjoy the 585 feet of lake frontage with beach and complimentary use of canoes, kayaks, standup paddle boards, fire pits and swim rafts.

Walk 0.5 miles to the Squamside Beach Bar or Walter's Basin restaurant. Only 200 yards away is The Ice House Creamery with home made ice cream. See bears, bobcats & mountain lions 1 mile away at the Squam Lakes Science Center.

Guests enter this home into the great room. A wall of windows facing the lake, vaulted ceilings and a stone fireplace with a moose mounted above it are guest favorites! There is also a murphy bed that folds out of the wall in this room for extra guests. There is a 2nd living room with another fireplace and beautiful lake views. A full kitchen, LARGE deck overlooking the lake, master bedroom and two full bathrooms (1 with laundry) round out the first floor. The 2nd floor has three private bedrooms.

This house shares the 2.3 acres and 585 feet of lake frontage with other cabins and suites on the property. The outside common areas include a beautiful sandy beach, fire pits, bbq grills and outdoor activities.

Keycode locks allow guests to check in at their convenience. The code will be sent to the guests prior to arrival.

Smoking is only permitted on the property at the designated smoking areas near the parking lot. Although we love pets, unfortunately this is a pet free property. There are multiple pet boarding facilities close by.

Guests are asked to bring their own bed sheets, pillow cases and towels. Guests are also asked to leave the property as clean as it was when they arrived. This allows us to provide the room without having to charge a resort fee or cleaning fee.

Guests are encouraged to explore the outside portion of the property both on land and on the water.

Please do not enter the basement or barn.

Smoking is only permitted at the designated smoking areas near the parking lot. Guests who smoke in the rental, on the porches, or within 30 feet of the building will be fined.

Our septic systems are fragile so PLEASE do not flush anything that is not toilet paper, even if it says flushable.
