Make memories at this newly renovated 3 bedroom suite on Little Squam Lake. Enjoy the 585 feet of lake frontage with beach and complimentary use of canoes, kayaks, standup paddle boards, fire pits and swim rafts.

Walk 0.5 miles to the Squamside Beach Bar or Walter's Basin restaurant. Only 200 yards away is The Ice House Creamery with home made ice cream. See bears, bobcats & mountain lions 1 mile away at the Squam Lakes Science Center.

This suite was part of a classic motel and cabin community. In 2024 the motel rooms were gutted and 3 were combined to make a larger suite to accommodate families.

This suite shares the 2.3 acres and 585 feet of lake frontage with other cabins and suites on the property. The outside common areas include a beautiful sandy beach, fire pits, bbq grills and outdoor activities.

Keycode locks allow guests to check in at their convenience. The code will be sent to the guests prior to arrival.

Smoking is only permitted on the property at the designated smoking areas near the parking lot. Although we love pets, unfortunately this is a pet free property. There are multiple pet boarding facilities close by.

Guests are asked to bring their own bed sheets, pillow cases and towels. Guests are also asked to leave the property as clean as it was when they arrived. This allows us to provide the room without having to charge a resort fee or cleaning fee.

Guests are welcome to utilize all rooms within the suite and are encouraged to explore out side the property both on land and on the water!

Please do not go in any basements, garages or barns.

The 2.3 acres of land is shared with other suites and cabins. There will be other families using the beach and outside areas. It is a natural setting so there is uneven ground, rocks and stairs on the property that may make it challenging to navigate for someone with mobility issues.
Guests renting weekly from 6/29 - 8/31 are asked to bring their own bed sheets, pillow cases and towels. Linens are provided in the spring and fall. Guests are also asked to leave the property as clean as it was when they arrived. This allows us to provide the room without having to charge a resort fee or cleaning fee.

Quiet hours are from 11 pm - 8 am. Please be courteous to your neighbors.

Our septic systems are fragile so PLEASE do not flush anything that is not toilet paper, even if it says flushable.
