Lovely property but steps to kitchen problematic. I suggest you add a banister and handrails on each side.

Beautiful house but Broken appliances

There was plenty of room for my group and the seating was nice. Outdoor area and grill was a huge plus. The sun chairs on the second deck were especially nice. The team was fairly responsive and reasonable with our issues. I wish some of the kitchen appliances worked during our stay.

Can hold a documentary film crew with ease

We rented this place to house a 7 person film crew while shooting in Charleston. The place was awesome. Bedrooms were comfortable and the "bunk room" upstairs worked great to put 2 people in. We used the kitchen primarily for breakfast and coffee as we were up for sunset shots. We did cook 2 dinners and the kitchen had everything we needed. We also used the outdoor grill. The back courtyard and porches were great places to chill after long days of shooting. Definitely stay here is we are back in CHS.

Appreciate your positive review, Ivi! We're thrilled to hear that the space worked well for your needs and that you found the bedrooms comfortable. It's fantastic that the bunk room provided an efficient sleeping arrangement for two people, and we're glad the kitchen had everything necessary for your breakfasts, coffee, and even dinners. It sounds like the outdoor areas were perfect for unwinding after your busy shooting days. We'd be honored to host you again if you return to Charleston in the future!
