Warm and inviting two bedroom home boasting beachy décor in West Dennis. Comfortably sleeping 4, this is a home you will want to return to year after year! Upon entering the home, you will find yourself in the living area that opens up to the dining area and kitchen featuring new stainless steel appliances. Window air conditioners are located in each bedroom and living area to keep you cool on those warm summer nights.

Through the dining area, you will step into an another living area with TV and a pull out daybed. The washer and dryer are located just down the stairs in the basement (interior access). The fully fenced back yard gives you plenty of space for outside dining after a long day at the beach. Additional amenities include gas grill, tabletop fire pit and enclosed outside shower.

Centrally located, this home is a quick drive to numerous beaches along Nantucket Sound. Popular South Village Beach is only .6 mile down the road. Another local favorite is West Dennis Beach, just 1.3 miles away. Right around the corner, you'll also find various restaurants such as Kream 'N Kone, Dog House and Good Friends Cafe! Make sure you swing by Cuffy's of Cape Cod before you go. It's the ideal spot to grab all your souvenirs.

Really enjoyed how close the beach was as well was amenities including the grocery store. Lots of things to do close by including mini golf, ice cream parlors, and breweries. Shopping too! It is a cross between Long Island and Fire Island.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The check in/check out process was very easy. The house itself was absolutely perfect for myself, my husband, and our 3 year old. There was room for us spread out and relax in different areas (the back sun room was among our favorites!) The backyard also had several areas to spend time in, with both gas and wood-burning fire pits! All fenced in, so very private. The window AC units worked very effectively to cool the house as well. The street is also SO perfect - really secluded and private (and flat!) but close to major roads as well. We can't wait to stay here again!
