About this property
Waterfront Retreat with a Beautiful View!
Start your day on the large screened in front porch overlooking the Indian River Lagoon or enjoy your first cup of coffee on our private deck overlooking the water! We also have a fishing platform, kayaks, inflatable paddle board, some basic fishing poles and tackle box and a second screened in patio on the back of the unit. We have a BBQ grill, complete kitchen setup for cooking and baking including an air fryer and rice cooker/ steamer. We have a great coffee, tea and hot chocolate Keurig selection with several sweetener and creamer options. We do not have a dock but do have a fishing platform you can use to fish off of. The 2 bedroom 2 bath home sits on about an acre of land fully fenced back yard with several fruit trees and lots of room to relax and recharge. We have a fire pit and hammock in the backyard as well. Parking is free and we have a very large parking area so a boat and trailer are no problem at all for us.

The fishing platform is amazing to fish from but you can also fish from the steps of the private deck or the deck itself. It’s a great place to relax and recharge and is very peaceful.
