Seclusion Bay Resort is located just outside West Kelowna towards Peachland on Lake Okanagan in beautiful British Columbia, Canada. Situated on 14 wooded acres and stretching along 1200 feet of private waterfront including a marina with available boat slips and a boat launch on site. The view from our location is spectacular and there are no neighbouring properties outside the resort!
We have just taken over the management of 8 properties that are newly listed and open for booking. There is a total sleeping capacity of 52 people and It`s no more than 500 feet between all of these properties door to door! Please inquire directly to multiple properties at once.
If you are looking for privacy and relaxation look no further as this cabin (#7) has it all. The lake and beach are steps from the door and the views are spectacular. Outdoor summer living at its finest! The property is fully furnished with 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath. There is a Queen bed in the master, a Twin over Double bunk in the second bedroom and a twin over twin bed in the 3rd. With that it can accommodate 7 guests comfortably.
It also features a fully equipped kitchen, 40` TV, free Wi-Fi, pod style coffee maker, BBQ with complimentary propane and one parking spot per unit.
We are immersed in nature and at the centre of all the Okanagan has to offer. Other amenities include an activity centre with books, boardgames and table tennis as well as two outdoor children’s play areas, grassy volleyball/badminton area, roped off swim area with docks to lounge on, coin laundry, a private boat launch and a marina with weekly rental slips.
Parking Room for 1 large vehicle or potentially 2 smaller vehicles directly behind the cabin. Overflow parking is first come first serve.
Boat Launch & Marina The boat launch can accommodate trailers/boats up to 11` 5` feet wide. Boat slips can be reserved in advance and rented nightly for $60/night
Camp Fires Propane fire pits are permitted. You are welcome to bring your own or they can be rented from the resort along with propane.
Wildlife Please note that the resort is nestled in a beautiful natural setting, which means wildlife encounters are possible during your stay. Guests may encounter local animals such as eagles, cougars, coyotes, marmots, deer, and geese in the area.
Pet Policy No pets are allowed at the resort.

Overall we had a fantastic experience. The space was a bit tight but it's essentially a cabin, and we spent most of our time on the patio looking out on the water, that was nice. The primary bedroom bed was uncomfortable but not terrible. The grounds were really nice, well kept, and great for the kids to play by the water and little park and swings.
Beautiful area and very quiet. We would definitely consider staying again, but I would book directly next time. I think the company is staylocations
Swimming and scenery beautiful. Not very private with close proximity of cabins, noise from families and guest traffic across front lawn. Cabin #7 has awkward floor plan with bathroom walk through to master bedroom. Well stocked with utensils, pots and pans need refresh. Porch worked well as outdoor living room. Mission Hill and Fitzpatrick wineries were fabulous. Bliss Bakery great coffee spot. For 2 - 4 occupants, and easier more accurate rentability, I would recommend losing the small bunk room and expanding the master bedroom and bathroom. Also, the Activity Center was very dated and dirty, not satisfactory. Great weather and a memorable stay. Best wishes for a successful business. Lisa

Hello Lisa !
It’s a little bit, disappointing that you would mention the proximity of the cabin to the surrounding cabins as a negative as it is clearly pictured in the photos what the layout of the resort is and the layout of the cabinet self is.
Also, I would note that the activity centre is operated by the resort itself and has absolutely nothing to do with this property or our company.
So aside from those two issues it sounds like everything else was on point!
In future, please leave your review based on the property itself and accept what you are getting yourself into when it is clearly depicted.
