"Welcome to your tropical retreat! Our charming 4-bedroom duplex apt offers comfort and convenience just moments from the beach. Each bedroom features its own bathroom, ensuring privacy for all guests. Lounge by the pool or cook up a storm in the outdoor kitchen. Stay cool with AC, and enjoy complimentary coffee and tea. Also, a 3-bedroom apt is available to book on 1st floor for larger groups or extended family gatherings, providing even more space and comfort for your Dominican getaway!
The space
2nd floor comes with 4 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a king size bed. The other bedrooms have queen size beds. The primary bedroom is located on the 3rd floor for extra privacy.
Guest access
Guests can use the pool and the gazebo to cook.
Other things to note
There are 2 apts available but main one on first floor is featured. Can only book both apartments if its the same party or family, if you would like to rent both units at the same time. Inquire about price and availability

The house, the grounds, the accommodations, and the location nails a 6-star review in my book. On top of that Joselito and Luigi were the absolute best! When Joselito said he cooks and does it all, I in all honesty was a bit leery. However, everything he cooked for us was truly amazing and over the top. Breakfast, lunch, dinner or just a snack was incredible. This is a great place to entertain family and friends. With an absolutely perfect staff that will help with anything you need. I will definitely go back very soon.The one thing that threw us off is that the villa is called Villa Ferrera, however I believe the listing with VRBO has it under a different name.This place truly exceeded all my expectations! Thank you for the great memories!
