For all week-long stays, a discount starting at 15% is applied and pool heating is included! Other general discounts are available when booking four or more nights upon availability.

Rental includes main house only unless the casita is requested in addition. Guest house is a standalone 1 BR home with a full kitchen, living room and bathroom. The home has one queen bed and an additional queen size sofa sleeper memory foam bed. This increases max occupancy to 16 and is billed out at $175 per night and a one time fee of $75 for cleaning. Perfect for those seeking extra space or some additional privacy.

GENERAL:

This 6 BR, 6300 sq. ft. custom Tuscan resort style property still feels like its brand new. This family friendly open floor plan is complete with large rooms, making it a dream home for entertaining. This home is perfect for reunions, business trips, group retreats and family vacations. It is also a great location for those coming into town for the big local events such as Spring Training, the Phoenix Open, Barrett Jackson, Arabian Horse Show, etc. Entertain inside and out with over 8 media and audio zones. Over 25 professionally installed speakers throughout. Stream your favorite music from your smartphone, from the TV or from the radio using the high speed network and Control4 app. Guests are able to control each zone independently or sync the entire property for rich, full sound to fill the party.

The redesigned backyard features an abundance of fun activities for guests to take advantage of:

KITCHEN

The large open kitchen adjoins the living room and breakfast nook, separated by a large stone fireplace and mantle. The living room TV can be seen and heard from the far opposite end of the kitchen, allowing guests to watch what they like as they cook up something delicious.

The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, glasses, cookware, silverware, bakeware and more. There are also a variety of basic cooking ingredients, supplies, spices, hot sauces, oils, condiments and more for guests to use. There is also large, group cookware for holiday feasts and such that I can provide if requested.

MASTER BEDROOM:

The Master Bedroom's California King Tempurpedic bed is a delight to sleep on. The bathroom has a spacious multi-head shower and large jacuzzi bath. The suite has its own 65" Samsung TV with an Apple TV and offers patio access to the backyard.

GUEST BEDROOMS (4):

Three guest bedrooms (2 Kings and 1 Queen) have their own bathroom and closet. The fourth guest bedroom has a queen size bed and adjacent powder room.. Each room is spacious and will have its very own Smart TV and/or Apple TV.

New upgraded linens, pillows and towels for 2023 will ensure that guests sleep well and feel comfortable during their stay.

ADDITIONAL SPACE INFORMATION:

I do my best to help guests feel taken care of, welcome and comfortable in my home. Due to the various custom features of the home, someone will greet you as you check-in to hand over keys/garage code and give brief instructions on many of the home's awesome features, for example: how to use the smart home system and fire features!

There is a three car garage, multiple car ports, and plenty of driveway parking for guests if necessary (please no street parking allowed). The property also has an RV gate and parking, should any guests wish to drive their mobile home or bus to town. Guests can park their recreational vehicle on the property for a nightly surcharge of $100.

GUEST ACCESS:

Unless booked in addition to the main house, guests are asked not to use or attempt to enter the guest casita or any of the areas immediately surrounding the structure. Guests will have access to two of the garage spaces. Please note, there may be one vehicle taking the single stall. Guests are asked to kindly respect that vehicle and use only the double door garage space.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:

Having had good and bad experiences on both sides of the vacation rental spectrum myself, I try my very best to make my guests' experiences positive ones to remember. Ultimately, it is my goal to have you come back again! If you have questions about the home, the area...do not hesitate to ask.

During your stay, I am prompt to respond to any issues or questions via text or phone call. I am very communicative throughout the entire process and will be flexible according to your needs.

Up to 2 blow up beds are available at no extra charge by request in advance and will be provided with sheets and pillows at the time of arrival. This brings the bed total to 7 (8 with casita) and provides guests with a maximum sleeping occupancy of 14 (16 with casita).

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:

The home is only a half mile from the 101 freeway and less than a mile away from the nearest shopping center and grocery store. Close to everything you need, but tucked away on a quiet street in the large-lot, Cactus corridor area of Scottsdale.

Situated in mid-north Scottsdale, the property is only 10 minutes or less to both Old Town and North Scottsdale/Kierland Shopping Center, numerous golf resorts and fantastic food!

Only 20 minutes to Tempe and PHX Sky Harbor Airport via the 101 Freeway. Only 7 minutes to WestWorld and the TPC Golf Course.

GETTING AROUND:

Rental cars are highly recommended, however Ubers are available and plentiful. Please do not drink and drive.

MIN STAYS

The minimum stay for this listing is 3 nights, however if a shorter stay is required, I can review the request on a case-by-case basis regarding a two night stay. Please note that a premium may be applied to 2 night stays. Unfortunately local statutes do not allow me to host a one night stay. During popular weeks, such as the Phoenix Open and Holidays, rates are higher, but I can discount those rates on bookings of 4 days or more, so inquire if you're able to stay longer than 3 nights.

EVENTS:

The property is event friendly but special pricing must be given based on the details of the event. All gatherings or events more than 20 people in attendance must be approved on a case by case basis ahead of time and a liability insurance policy must be purchased in advance for the event.

There are no parties or corporate events under the regular rental agreement. All standard bookings are for vacation rental purposes only. Violations of this policy are dealt with seriously and are subject to immediate removal from the premises.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave beds messy. Collect towels and pile in bathrooms.
Deflate any air beds and put back in bags. Strip those sheets and put in laundry room.
Take out all trash and recycling to bins.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
