Fire up the Lynx grill and outdoor kitchen, then claim a seat at the sunken 10-person fire pit. Less than a mile to the Loop 101. Ten minutes to North Scottsdale, fifteen to Old Town. Sleeps 14, up to 18 with the casita.

THE BACKYARD

Over 2,000 sq ft of imported travertine and heat-resilient turf, and almost nothing out here is ordinary: a pickleball court, a pro-size beach volleyball court, a basketball court, a brand-new putting green, a bocce ball court, ping pong, footballs, frisbees, a hammock, a small outdoor workout area, an outdoor shower, and the deep Pebbletec pool, heated on request. Every sport court has professional lighting, so play doesn't stop at sundown — just wind it down by 10 PM for the neighbors' sake.

THE OUTDOOR KITCHEN

A custom Douglas Fir ramada with granite counters, bar seating for twelve, and five fire features. All Lynx professional appliances: an outdoor fridge, a 36" grill with sear burner, a 30" flat-iron asado/teppanyaki griddle, a side burner, a drop-in stainless ice chest, and a sink and cocktail center. Grab a drink here, then move to the sunken 10-seat fire pit for the rest of the night.

INSIDE

A 6,300 sq ft custom Tuscan-style home with a genuinely open floor plan — big rooms, easy sightlines, and space for everyone to spread out. Ideal for reunions, group retreats, golf trips, and family vacations. The living room anchors it with an 85" Samsung TV and 5.1 surround then the game room with a 75" TV, a billiards table, a poker table, and an authentic Ms. Pac-Man/Galaga cocktail arcade table.

Music is a whole feature here — eight independent audio zones and 25+ professionally installed speakers, run through Control4 from your phone, inside and out. Play something different in every zone, or sync the entire property when the party earns it. Streaming is available on Apple TVs or Smart TVs in every room over 1-gig high-speed internet — sign into your own accounts or use ours, with the DirecTV app provided in the main rooms.

STAY ACTIVE

A Peloton bike inside (bring your own clip-in shoes if you ride), plus a dip and pull-up bar and an inversion table. Add the small outdoor workout area and the sport courts, and there's no excuse to skip a day.

THE KITCHEN

Built for people who actually cook. Dual islands, granite counters, counter seating for four, and Viking throughout: a six-burner professional range with griddle, dual ovens, and a large professional fridge, plus a wet bar with its own sink, wine rack, wine fridge, and ice maker. Fully stocked with dishes, glassware, cookware, and bakeware, along with pantry basics — spices, oils, condiments, and a respectable hot sauce collection. Cooking for a crowd? Ask ahead and we'll set out the large-format or holiday cookware.

WHERE YOU'LL SLEEP

Five bedrooms in the main house (six with the casita): the primary suite with a California King Tempur-Pedic bed, multi-head shower, jacuzzi tub, 65" smart TV, walk-in closet, and private patio access to the backyard; two additional guest bedrooms with King beds, each with its own bathroom and closet; one guest bedroom with a Queen bed and its own bathroom and closet; and a fifth bedroom near the entry with a Queen bed and an adjacent powder room, which doubles nicely as an office workspace if your group needs one.

Two air mattresses and two pack-and-plays are available free on request, made up before you arrive. Smart TVs or Apple TVs are in every room. Main house sleeps up to 14; with both air mattresses and the casita added, up to 18 total.

THE LOCATION

You're in the Shea corridor, the sweet spot of Scottsdale — less than a mile to the Loop 101, so you're on the freeway in about two minutes. North Scottsdale destinations like WestWorld and Scottsdale Quarter are about ten minutes away, and Old Town Scottsdale is about fifteen. You get all of Scottsdale without committing to one end of it. Close to the big annual draws too: Salt River Fields and Scottsdale Stadium for Spring Training, TPC Scottsdale for the WM Phoenix Open, and WestWorld for Barrett-Jackson and the Arabian Horse Show.

THE CASITA (optional add-on)

A standalone one-bedroom guest house with a full kitchen, living room, and bathroom — one Queen bed plus a Queen memory-foam sleeper sofa, sleeping up to 4. Perfect for grandparents, a couple who wants their own space, or anyone who values a door that locks behind them. Available on request for $175-$250 per night plus a one-time $50 cleaning fee, and adds to your total occupancy. The main house rents on its own unless the casita is added to your booking.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

Entry is keyless with a garage keypad code sent before check-in. Every adult guest signs a rental agreement and liability waiver and completes a brief identification check ahead of the stay — a quick step that keeps the home available for groups like yours. We'll meet you in person or by FaceTime at check-in to walk through the smart home, audio zones, and fire features — about ten minutes, and it saves an hour of guessing later.
