**Minimum age of 25 to rent for all adult guests, ID required for primary renter who will be on site during the entire stay to verify age and signed contract prior to receiving check-in instructions & door code.**
**Max of 2 pets up to 40 lbs each. Pet fee is added by selecting number of pets in guest listing. Failure to add pets may result in eviction without refund.**

We are native Texans who grew up on Port Aransas beaches. This is truly our happy place. We can see the place we spent the first part of our honeymoon from our beach home’s porch. It's a special place filled with a lifetime of memories. We absolutely love everything about Port A (searching for sea shells, building sandcastles, cruising the town on warm summer nights with an ice cream in hand) and are excited to share it with you and your family. Our goal is to provide families a comfortable space to return to year after year making memories to last a lifetime.
Why they chose this property
Our girls love the beach, but they also love to swim so having a private heated pool within walking distance of the beach was key for our family beach escape. The open floor plan and spacious first-floor outdoor area also create an inviting space for bringing our friends and family to visit the beach with us. We hope all of these points will help you create as many memories as we have!
What makes this property unique
So close to the beach, but on private street means you won't feel like you're in the middle of everything even though you are. We are in the golf cart zone though you won't need one to access the beach as it's just a quick 8 min. walk down Sandcastle. We try to keep all of the things our girls enjoyed about visiting when they were small-games, books, beach wagon-as well as make sure mom and dad have what they need to relax, too like a blender, coffee maker & coffee supplies, kitchen necessities, etc. We hope your family will love our home as much as we do.
