The home was clean and well stocked with TP, paper products and kitchen cooking items. There were small items (i.e., very loose toilet seats, light bulbs need replacing, and the windows toward the valley were very streaked when the sun shone in) which needed attention. These items, unless reported, might not be known by the owner, but certainly not a deal breaker. There was plenty of room, bathrooms and the home was well decorated. Enough room for large or multiple families to be together and eat together, which was important to us.The biggest issue, which we were warned about, was the access road. While the owner reported it has been re-graded and maintenance performed, we believe there must have been much rain to cause the wash outs and huge ruts in the road, especially at the bottom and the last turn into the drive. It was a white-knuckle journey every time. We did NOT have 4-wheel drive vehicles which was strongly recommended by the owner. The location to the park was great and we didn’t have to wait in line when arriving early in the morning to beat the crowds. We saw an abundance of wildlife until the end of the stay, Labor Day weekend, where animal sitings trickled way down due to the number of humans invading their park. We had a great time and made many memories, It’s a remarkable, beautiful area.
