Plenty of space and 4+ bedrooms for one or multiple families to spread out and relax. Conveniently located a couple miles from UND and downtown Grand Forks. The detached garage has been made into a Man Cave and a nice “bonus space”. Riverside park is just two blocks away with a public pool, tennis courts, a 26 mile greenway system and is well worth the visit. House is pet friendly and ready to enjoy

Perfect place to stay locally when visiting the area

We were in the area with family and friends visiting our daughter at UND and to attend a couple of hockey games. The location was perfect, the size of the place was perfect for our group and we also enjoyed bringing our dog. It was really, really nice to have space rather than having to rent multiple hotel rooms. And Preston was super attentive and easy to work with. We will rent here again!
