Very comfortable accommodations and if it wasnt -5 below we could have walked to great restaurants, shopping and a short jaunt to UND. The house was clean and well equipped- perfect for our group.

This house may look small from the outside but it is actually a lovely space and wonderfully appointed. When we entered we collectively said, Oh Yay!! This is great! The beds are comfy and we had all we needed. It's also an easy walk to town which is great!

We're so happy you enjoyed the space for your family reunion Amy! We would love to host you again any time!
We had a great weekend visiting my daughter to celebrate her 21st birthday! It was great to have a place to gather rather than trying to shove into an apartment or hotel. The space was great@

The house was accurately listed. The beds were extremely comfortable and accommodated the five of us well. It is conveniently located with only a few minutes drive to the grocery and downtown area. The provisions (towels, toiletries, etc) were plentiful and thoughtful. All in all, it was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Perfect for our work crew.

A late but important thank you for staying and we’d love to host your group any time
The house worked well for us. We needed a place for the wedding party to dress and prepare for the day. This location worked so well, and was close to our venue. was spacious enough to be able to get ready. the only negative comment would be the small step leading to the back bedroom is a tripping hazard .
We were in town for a family graduation and wanted a space to also house our adult son, daughter-in-law and their 2 little ones. We enjoyed the shared space for playing with grandchildren, shared meals, and meal prep. Loved that we were in walking distance to downtown area (enjoyed coffee shops, trails, and playground). The young family even walked over to East Grand Forks, MN to see graduates family.

Great to hear Mary, we'd love to host you all again. Glad you got to experience all the downtown area has to offer!
Very disappointed in the price gouging for addition of one pet adding an additional 100 for a single night stay!

You can call it price gouging if you'd like to be dramatic but the simple fact is it costs a lot of money to deep clean an entire house after having a pet so the next guest doesn't have adverse allergic reactions. We also don't hide any of our fees at the time of booking so we highly recommend reviewing all of these on the chance you may have to bring a pet. If you feel they are out of line there are many other options to stay at in Grand Forks. Thanks for staying!
Thank you Alex, would love to host your group again!

About the host
Hosted by Eric Boettner
Hi! We are Eric and Khonsavanh! Husband and wife team with 3 girls. We live in Grand Forks and enjoy UND hockey, golf, and traveling. When we travel, we often choose a short term rental and understand the needs that may make your stay as comfortable as possible. We love hosting and hope you find our home enjoyable.
Why they chose this property
We love the convenient location for those looking to enjoy downtown Grand Forks, concerts, or hockey games. It’s also easy to get to the University or across the river to East Grand Forks. We love the size of the home for hosting a large group. It’s not overly big but has a great spacious flow to fit as many as 8 people in there without feeling crowded.
What makes this property unique
What makes our property unique is the size and location. It’s a short walk from all of the excitement of Downtown Grand Forks and it’s large enough to hold 8 guests comfortably. It also has some fun games and a full kitchen and dining table if you like to gather somewhere.
