Enjoy sprawling top deck, downstairs patio, & adjoining bonus addition separate entrance en suite, brick fire pit, Hot tub with a view, southern style front porch, The top floor is one King bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, large open floor plan sunroom & dining table for 6, Enjoy our peaceful lakeshore retreat. Quiet & serene, fishing, and enjoy the use of our 2 kayaks.

Top floor has large king bedroom, huge open floor plan sunroom, (2 futons & air mattress) office area & a large 6 seat dining table, upgraded kitchen w/bar seating. Living room, bathroom w/shower.
Bottom floor has a separate entrance, en suite, private adjoining bath, pull out sleeper loveseat, small dinette, & many more amenities. Fully furnished front porch, downstairs patio, fire pit by the lake with seating & a front southern style front porch.

Entire property

This neighborhood is slightly off the grid, although offering premium Wi-Fi, it is very quiet and out in the country so you will enjoy open scenery & privacy. Do keep in mind. There is only one restaurants within five restaurants will be located in adjoining city of Salisbury, NC. Instacart does deliver, but we do not have DoorDash or on the other delivery at this time.
