About this property

Bright, comfy, industrial looking

The perfect combination between city and country side with broad daylight.
At our 3 bedroom apartment you can relax after a city sightseeing and enjoy your family/friends' time. Served by excellent public transport connections. 20 minutes away from the airport and Zurich city center.
The apartment is fully equipped for families or a group of friends, located in an industrial and quiet neighborhood.
In the kitchen you can prepare your light meals as in your own place.
Laundry room available at the apartment.
Everything made with love for our guests feels like at home.
Is not allowed any kind of parties!
If there's a loud noise or more people that what was booked, the police can be called.

We have a very flexible check-in procedure. Our standard check-in time is at 16.00 on the arrival day. In case you can’t make it so early for the key handover, we provide you with the option to check-in using a safebox at the entrance of the building so that you can check-in whenever you arrive on that day.

There's available parking place for visitors on the right side of the building.

Check-out time is until 11.00 on the departure day.

We should also mention that there is no elevator in the house. Since the apartment is on the second floor, you’ll have to walk up to reach it. The stairs aren't steep, but we prefer you to be aware of this beforehand :)

Nice, a little out of town

Apartment is nice, but a little crowded with one toilet and only one shower. The place is clean and quiet, at the top of a converted wear-house it was only a 18 minuite or less drive to the city center. Easy to find parking.

Elizabeth was very easy to talk too. Very fast and friendly. The place was big, but strangely made. The beds were comfortable but the pillows need improvement. The pillows seemed like they were put together. It doesn’t have elevator which I knew but the neighbor came out and yelled at us for making noise while taking our luggage upstairs. It’s basically a garage converted into a unit. It was very cold, they had a small heater but still was cold. The place was clean.

The pillows were small and lumpy-looked like they were made with cotton balls. Poor lighting and poor internet. Advertised as being on the second floor-was actually the 3rd floor, and no elevator. A lot of wasted space.

Großräumig und in top Lage

Diese Ferienwohnung bietet sehr viel Platz und befindet sich in einer top Lage. Bushaltestelle, Tankstelle und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist angebracht. Im Sommer ist es jedoch sehr heiß aber mit den vorhandenen Ventilatoren auszuhalten! :-) gerne wieder! Lg aus Deutschland
