Great place overall for a family trip. I had young children, young adults, and adults with me. The place is big and there are lots of beds so we did not feel crowded. Communication from the host exceeded all of my expectations; they are proactive and detailed! We enjoyed our stay here and were able to find street parking right in front of the unit with ease.

Spacious Property

We comfortably slept 11 people without any problems. The bunk beds were definitely clutch! If you have a large group, this is the place.

This was the perfect spot for our big friend group to stay! The house had tons of space for the price, a short Uber ride to downtown, and the rooftop deck was such a fun hangout spot. I’d give it 5 stars if it weren’t for the fact that it hadn’t been cleaned when we first arrived, but the hosts handled it quickly and had cleaners there within the hour. Other than that, everything was great and we’d definitely stay again!

First time in Nashville

The property manager was very accomodating and sent over his maintenance guy to replace the batteries in the door locks. We werent able to get in for almost 30 min. I was disappointed in the rooftop, pannels were missing from the cover and the fireplace was not working. The property was pretty clean with a few scratches from previous tenants. The location was in a quiet neighborhood, although the original circle placed the home closer to broadway we were 18 min away from briadway and about 35 min away from the airport. The ubers are cheap however, so I didn't let that ruin things. Overall, the prpperty had everything we needed and the rooms were great and perfect for everyones things. The walk-in closets were definitely a bonus!
