About this property

Bali Nusa Dua 2 BR Apt+PrivGarden & Dip Pool

Our private apartment is located on the nicest beach of Bali in the prestigious neighbourhood of St.Regis Bali, Grand Hyatt Bali, and so on, with easy reach to the nearby shopping compound, Bali Collection with several shops and supermarket(10 minute walk, or hourly shuttle buses are provided free of charge).
In the next street to apt. are plenty of groceries and local restaurants and on the new high-way 15mins drive to the vibrant night life famous Kuta, Legian,Seminyak and 30mins drive to Ubud.
The apartment is operated by Novotel Hotel & Residences Nusa Dua Bali.
The size of the apartment is 150sqm + 75sqm private garden with dip pool and fountain and traditional gazebo.
The layout of the apartment is 2 BDR each with ensuite bathroom. A large living room and kitchenette with all facilities. In the master bedroom features a king size bed, in guest bedroom: there are 2 single beds. The apartment also has a very good quality extra bed, in case of 5 persons staying.
Facilities in the apartment include:
Big flat screen TV (Smart Samsung), DVD player, Safety Box and free WI-FI.
In the kitchen - large fridge, toaster, microwave, electric kettle utensils.
Private courtyard with small garden, private dipping pool, sun beds and a garden “ bale" (traditional Balinese resting pavilion)
Our guests have free access to all hotel facilities, as:

A lovely relaxing stay

We had a wonderful time staying at Andrea's property. It was like a home away from home and Andrea was easily contactable, responding promptly any time that I sent a message. The plunge pool and outdoor gazebo were a hit with my teen - such a picturesque area for relaxing and chatting with friends on the phone. Thank you for having us at your property!

2BR2BATHS Apartment-Novotel Resort Nusa Dua

The apartment is lovely with all amenities as advertised. The outdoor space is extremely relaxing with a koi pond, dipping pool and covered cabana. The resort grounds are equally beautiful with lilly ponds and gardens everywhere. The beach as well as restaurants are all within a short 5-10 min walk. Our host Andrea is very responsive and gave us reference for an excellent transport services that we use throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this place. We had a wonderful journey.

Glorious

The property is bigger than pictures and includes a koi pond. The resort has all the 5 star amenities you expect. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The beach is beautiful and quiet even during the busy season. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from close by. Andrea is also so quick to respond and help out with anything. You’ll be so relaxed after your stay.

Wonderful couples trip

Amazing from the moment I booked till the end of our stay, communication was amazing even with some of my questions just being weird 😊 Andrea still answered them and very quickly. Sri was recommended for transportation and he did not disappoint, he was waiting for us as soon as we landed and arranged for his nephew to take us around to some of the sites the next morning. The private plunge pool was awesome and we all loved the koi pond it was beautiful. With the twins put together we had our 2 kings and 2 separate bathrooms so everyone was happy. I would rent this unit again in a heartbeat.

Excellent stay in superb accommodation and perfect location…..

We had an amazing stay in Andreas apartment. Family of four, with two children (ages 6 & 10). The place had everything we required for our 8 nights. The private pool, was excellent and our children loved it, even the koi pond. Within the grounds pools, restaurants, spas and private beach club also all excellent. There is also a shuttle service to Bali Collection, where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. Just outside the hotel there is a street within 5 mins walk, again with plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and spas. Andrea also recommend driver friend Mr Sri. He was great and very friendly. He picked and drop us from the airport and one day we planned a little tour, he took us to all the various locations that we wanted visit (temples, rice fields, waterfalls etc) Andrea also a excellent host, very responsive and accommodating. Answered all question and a pleasure to deal with. The whole booking process was very smooth. Many thanks again, highly recommend and look forward to another stay in the future :-)

I wanted to share our overall experience with the villa during our Bali holiday. While there were many positive aspects, there were a couple of minor issues that I believe are worth addressing. Firstly, the villa itself was great, and we particularly enjoyed the privacy of having a private pool. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment for our stay. However, upon our arrival, we noticed a musty smell in the villa. This issue was resolved by opening the doors and letting in some fresh air, but it was a bit of a surprise upon our initial entry. Another minor issue we encountered was with the kitchen sink. Unfortunately, it wouldn't drain water properly during our stay. While this didn't significantly impact our overall experience, it's something I wanted to bring to your attention for future improvements. Despite these minor issues, we had a wonderful time overall, and these concerns did not overshadow the positive aspects of our stay. I believe addressing these small issues could enhance the overall guest experience. Thank you for your attention to these matters, and we look forward to potential improvements for future guests.

Geweldig appartement, schoon en alles is aanwezig. Goede airco. Mooi resort met prachtig zwembad, gezellige avonden, heerlijke massage. Eten prima. Sehr schönes luxuriöses Privatappartment in Hotelanlage

Das Appartment entspricht der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Das Appartment ist sehr großzügig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alle Hoteleinrichtungen können genutzt werden, das Appartment wird 2 x wöchentlich gereinigt, Checkin und checkout erfolgen problemlos über die Hotelrezeption und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist schnell und problemlos. Die Lage ist perfekt. Ca. 500 m zum sehr schönen Hotelstrand mit Shuttle- und Handtuchservice. In ebenfalls 500 m befinden sich viele Restaurants. Vielen Dank an Andrea für diesen wundervollen Aufenthalt.

There was a open bus at the resort that would drive you to the private white sandy beach you could also get food and breverges there again very nice.
