Bright and sunny 1 bed, 1 bath first floor West facing 540 sq. ft. apartment, in a meticulously restored Victorian, in the heart of Wayland Square. Unit highlights 11 ft ceilings, hardwood flooring, modern tile bath and full kitchen.

You will feel truly at home, with quality furnishings and all necessary household items to ensure a truly comfortable stay!

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need to prepare a quick snack or an entire meal. You will also find some basic spices, sugar, creamer, coffee & tea in the cupboards. All cleaning supplies, to include a vacuum, mop and bucket are provided, as well as paper products, foil, plastic wrap etc.

The bedroom has a Queen bed and the bathroom is beautifully tiled and has a tub with shower. All bedding, towels, toilet paper and blow dryer supplied.

Perfect Stay

What a charming apartment, the location could not have been more perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed being able to walk to coffee, restaurant, shopping etc. Providence is beautiful too!

Beautiful place in a great location. George responds quickly and was very helpful when we needed an extra day. Would love to stay here again when we are in Providence. All updated and the outdoor space was great. Thank you!

Perfect & Cozy & Delightful!

This property is in a fabulous, walkable neighborhood close to restaurants, shops, and general amenities like CVS, Whole Foods, and The UPS Store. The apartment itself was lovely—-carved out of an historic building (guessing ca 1890’s). As such, it has super tall ceilings, over-sized windows, and wood floors that NYC lofts would kill for! Loved having a full kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit. Although my unit (#3) was right off the back door entrance, the only noise I ever heard from any of my neighbors was the occasional clatter down the back stairs. Never heard any TV or conversation from the other units, even though I think they were occupied (based in number of cars in the parking lot). So, all in all, I highly recommend this property and will most definitely stay here again!

Combining the cool, quiet suburban life with being within a short walk to downtown Providence, the East Side of Providence is a friendly place for families, students and professionals alike. Short walk to Brown and RISD.

Easy access to public transit with a bus stop just across the street. A quick 5 minute walk to Brown and 10 minute walk to RISD. Enjoy a stroll to Blackstone Boulevard, Thayer Street, Hope Street, and the art district of Hope Village, all are within walking distance or a quick drive. A short distance to the river, and India Point Park, take a nice bike ride on the bike path from India Point running along the water all the way to historic Bristol. You can easily make your way downtown, to the theatre district and Waterfire. Also, downtown you will find Zip cars are conveniently located as well as the bus and train station. T.F Green airport is a 15 minute drive away. Enjoy a ferry ride to Historic Newport or Block Island and relax on the beautiful beaches or take a winery tour. Prefer to take the drive to Newport and enjoy the scenic route it is about a 40 minutes. Boston and Cape Cod are about an hour's drive.
