We were in the area for a horse show at the Kentucky Horse Park, and this location was perfect—just a six-minute drive from the park. The home was beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated, with so many wonderful amenities. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again!

The property was just as advertised. Due the cold front that came through during our stay, we did not use the fire pit, hot tub or patio, but these amenities were part of why I chose this property.Kitchen, living room and bedrooms were great. Large TV with access to YouTube TV was a bonus.Overall our stay was an A!

Exactly what we wanted. Not too far from UK campus to visit our daughter. Very nice neighborhood. Plenty of space in the open family room/kitchen to hang out. Master definitely much better than other two bedrooms but they are still fine. No dresser to put clothes but a full closet to hang clothes. Live TV included. Left a nice little welcome basket for us. I rated the cost a 4, bit it’s more like 4.5. I bit more costly than others, but overall worth it.

Great house, clean, quiet, comfortable

Great house with plenty of room. Very Clean! Modern feel, loved the overall decor and theme of the home. Very comfortable. Loved the split layout, master separate from other two bedrooms. Enjoyed the fireplace. Had everything we needed for our stay. Quiet, nice neighborhood. Depending on traffic only 15 minutes from downtown and University of Kentucky. It was nice that we were able to park our car in the garage. We really enjoyed our stay!
