PROPERTY AMENITIES
Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.

*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.

Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. Please note that we do not accept Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Affirm, PayPal, or Klarna.

Great location

We love Surfside Beach, have come here many times and have used the real estate company many times, never had issues. The property is in a great location and quiet building. Loved being on the beach and the family oriented goers. Would love to stay there again, but perhaps in another unit.The unit itself really needs to be updated, including basic housewares. The appliances cleaned up a bit more, the microwave was really dirty. There was a very musty smell in the master bedroom and in the living room area. possibly from the carpet or from the air vents.

No bangs this 4th

Everything pretty much dated. Outdoor furniture was nasty dirty, and only for three people. One of the chairs was a kitchen table chair with cushion. One bedroom didn’t even have a ceiling fan. The silverware drawer was filthy. We washed all the dishes and silverware before using. The built in microwave was dead but there was a temp on the counter. But the worse situation was the sliding doors. The one off the tv room needed rollers and it took two people to open it. The maintenance man came and knew it needed rollers immediately. I assume he’d been there before. The inconvenience of walking thru the bedroom to open the other door was one thing, but consider the safety hazard…..The list goes on but I believe you get the gist.
