Gorgeous little place!!

Perfect little get a way spot. The hosts are awesome. Fran gave me the breakdown of the facility, things to do in the area, and was just so hospitable. We will definitely be back. Next time I will definitely rent a boat for our stay so we can get out on the beautiful lake. The pool was perfect. We had it all to ourselves the entire weekend. The place was very quiet. If you stay here, we highly suggest J5 steakhouse. It was excellent!!!

A Gem

The property was very nice and clean. The deck overlooked a great view. The nearby lighthouse restaurant had good food and views. If you enjoy live music and there on a Thursday, be sure to go too nearby Poodies! I’m sure the other days are good as well.

Fantastic Lake View

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and was exactly as described. It has all the things you want and more. Nice clean pool and hot tub, great patio balcony where you can just relax for hours with the fantastic lake view and breeze. Marina is very close which has a great restaurant but there are also other dining choices near. We were very happy with the check-in and out and all the communication. Definitely recommend and would go again.

We had a very enjoyable experience. Fran was very responsive both before and during our stay. I loved that, although the condo complex had a shared balcony area...the condo is on the end so our patio was actually quite private....but close to the pool and the hot tub. The lake views were wonderful!!! Briarcliff Marina was very close and had great food!!

Very nice property right on Lake Travis. Fun to sit on the deck and watch the hummingbirds at the feeder and even had a cardinal visit off and on, landing on the deck railing! Great communication with property manager. Will book again!

Relaxing Base Camp for Hiking & Enjoying the View

My partner & I had a lovely time at this condo! The AC worked great, there were tons of extra blankets to stay cozy indoors and outside on the patio. Although it is clearly a well-developed area of the Lower Colorado, somehow it was peaceful and quiet. We loved just sitting outside in the calm corner of these condos and watching the boaters & jet-skiers go by. We considered renting jet skis from the marina 2 minutes away, but the weather was just a tad bit chillier than we hoped for. No worries, though! We enjoyed hiking the Wookiee Way trail at the nearby Pace Bend Park. We also spent a longer drive (just under an hour) to hit up the GORGEOUS Inks Lake State Park. Both are well-worth it. When we headed back home to Houston, we stopped for a short hike at McKinney Falls State Park & loved it, although Inks Lake & Pace Bend won for best hikes, in our humble opinions. The condo was great for just chilling and grilling on the patio. Parking was easy (there is a dedicated spot right in front of the unit and there are also extra guest spots). The bed was comfy and everything was clean. There are lots of ingredients/kitchen supplies if you forget anything. And of course, Fran, the property manager, was great at communicating with us. Overall a wonderful choice for a Covid-safe vacation! :)

What you see is what you get

Looking for a escape in a pandemic world, this was an ideal location. If you are going for the view, you will not be disappointed. The unit is a bit old but well maintained. We had good temps for December, so we were able to sit on the patio and enjoy the lake. In short, this was a good find....

Quick Anniversary Getaway

First and foremost, Fran was an absolute GEM of a host and was very thoughtful regarding our stay. He was extremely friendly and available no matter what. The property was everything it was spelled out to be. So many things to do or you could choose to literally do nothing. The neighbors were quiet and didn't pose any problems. We will definitely stay here again when we have a reason to come back. We felt the spirit of Willie there with us the whole time. The view was fantastic!!!!!!

Beautiful view

This condo has a wonderful view. The patio area is the perfect place to sit and look at the lake. Walk out the back door and there's the outdoor pool. A couple of restaraunts are located close by and pace bend park is also very close. You can go to the lake and swim there. Check in and checkout was very easy. The condo is also very nice.

The view is spectacular! We enjoyed relaxing on the porch watching the boats go by. We explored the limestone cliffs and swam in the lake at the nearby Pace Bend Park.

I'll start with the great. The location was incredible. The kids loved seeing the boats go by and the view was incredible. The owner was always available and kind. The shower... I loved the water pressure, lol. But, the property was in need of a deep clean. I spent the first 30 mins cleaning and disinfecting. There was dog poop on the balcony and leftover condiments, butter, etc in the fridge. In a Covid-19 world, that made me uneasy. Overall, we had a fantastic weekend getaway.
