Currently, due to water levels, public boat ramps are closed. Access to the boat dock involves navigating over 60 stairs, making it unsuitable for small children or individuals with mobility limitations.

We offer a selection of life jackets for your use, but guests are responsible for ensuring proper fit for all members of their party, including children.

Please note that slips at the base of the house are not available for guest boats, as they are specifically designed for certain boats which are stored there year-round.

To book, guests must be at least 25 years old and sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. All guests are required to provide ID for verification.

We are pet-friendly, allowing up to two dogs with a $200 pet fee. Other pets are not permitted. Pets must not be on furniture or beds and should be crated when left unattended on the property.
