mal cheiro no corredor

Uma placa alta impedindo a entrada para dentro do apartamento, um mal cheiro por todo o corredor, mal cheiro dentro do apartamento, torneiras e pias com vazamento, porta de um dos banheiros não fechava direito, manta do sofá toda manchada de vinho, o guarda roupa cheio de pó, fiquei muito decepcionado com o apartamento, obrigado
