VRBO had difficulty with getting messages from my host to me. It kept saying "no messages" although clearly some had been sent. The property is in an outstanding location, steps from downtown. The kitchen was modern, and the bathroom updated.

Lovely home base in the center of the city

The loft is beautiful and couldn’t be in a better location. We loved being so close to downtown. Parking was surprisingly easy at the house considering the location. But do check the street sweeping schedule during your stay. The loft is well furnished and just has a wonderful vibe. Highly recommend.

Great Stay!

The location is excellent, the apartment was very nicely outfitted, and it was all very easy checking in and out. It was an excellent stay. The only thing I think I would improve is maybe some hooks by the front door for coats and things like that. A small suggestion. When we head back to St. John's we will be looking to rent again!

Would loved to have had more kitchen utensils to work with as one of the main reasons to obtain a VRBO is to cook our own meals.Should be noted that bathroom is downstairs and bedrooms on second floor.The water dripping on the front steps need to be addressed as it became very slippery while out or overnight..Step down/up at bathroom door should be highlightedThese are little things that we observed but overall stay was enjoyable. Everything was clean and ready for us. We had a few door lock questions but we were promptly answered when we messaged the host. The host promptly answered all questions we had. Parking is first come first served for one vehicle but we were never more than a block away from the home. Very close to downtown-everything! We had no idea St.Johns was so hilly so we are very glad we had running shoes for everyone. A must. A homey place and comfortable. We had a party of four and I wouldn’t stay with any more. Two rooms, one bath. Two flights of stairs; one flight mandatory to access anything (kitchen, bath, sitting room).
