A delightful base for exploring Rome. Beautiful comfortable studio for 2. We can add a pouff /opening bed and reach 3 guests. Twin or double beds. Just renovated it's modern and cozy with A/C In a smart building on quiet residential street 2kms from Vatican in a safe and central very well connected area. Just minutes from downtown.
Bright and cheerful it has all comforts. Free air conditioning and fast Wifi, flat screen tv, a spacious wardrobe and a lovely stone modern spacious bathroom with wide 100cm shower.
Just tastefully renovated with a small well equipped kitchen corner with electric hob, small fridge and freezer, toaster, electric kettle, coffee espresso machine and small electric oven. A little jewel.
The apartment's location is strategic; it is near Vatican City, 15 minutes walk from S.Peter Square and from Vatican Museums, 15 minutes by bus from Navona Square, Panteon and Campo de' Fiori, 10 minutes by underground from Spagna Steps and Piazza del Popolo. At a few steps from the apartment there are: restaurants of all levels, bars of which one is open 24 hours with tabacco sale and restaurant as well as happy hour from 5 to 9pm, supermarkets, an open market, post office, hospital, internet point... All you need is just a few steps away. Bar brings un breakfast and pizza in the evening on request. Free delivery for my guests.
I can organize shuttle service from the airports and train stations as well as guide service, babysitter and cleaning with linen change for long stays.
There is a refundable damage deposit of Euros 150 which must be left cash or check on arrival and will be refunded at departure.
Since the Metro closes at midnight if you arrive late there's a night bus right across the road. The area is safe also for coming back home by foot in night hours.
In the square there is one of the bet patisseries in Rome and even Mc Donald's. Also shopping for dresses, shoes ext is very easy since the commercial area of Boccea and market of Piazza Irnerio are at short walking distance. So you can happily shop for all you need without taking a bus in one of the best shopping areas in Rome.
Bus stops just across the road and Underground (Baldo degli Ubaldi) Line A at short walking distance.
