This spectacular beachfront condominium is located at the quieter end of famous Seven Mile Beach at The Discovery Point Club.

Our remodeled, non-smoking, second floor, condo is your vacation paradise! The crystal clear turquoise water, pristine sandy beach, pool & jacuzzi, amazing snorkeling and dramatic sunsets can all be seen from the living room couch and are just steps away from the screened in balcony where you will enjoy breathtaking views.

The kitchen was recently remodeled with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with everything you need and more.

The master bedroom has a king bed with private bath and walk in shower. The second bedroom, also has a full bathroom/shower and tub, 2 twin beds (with the option to be converted to a king-sized bed).

The Caribbean style living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa in addition to ample seating which provides a great view of the Caribbean Sea. The artwork depicts undersea life of the coral reefs in the Cayman Islands by local well-known artists.

In-house amenities include a washer and dryer, dishwasher, flat-screen TV’s in each room with cable, DVD, hair dryers, alarm clocks, telephone for local calls, and free WI-Fi.

Fresh linens and beach towels are supplied and housekeeping is provided daily, except for Sundays and holidays, at no additional charge. Long distance calls can be made free of charge at the office.

There is something for everyone, whether you like to kick back under a thatched hut and read a book, or snorkel in the underwater wonderland amongst the beautiful coral reefs, it’s all in your condo’s backyard!

We have 2 tennis courts, 2 pickle ball courts, basketball, a hot tub and a beautiful oceanfront pool with tables for dining and a BBQ in the front for your stay- at -home oceanside dinners with the best views around!

There is a large, modern grocery store about a mile up the road. If your up for a 15-15min walk you can eat at Cocolobo at The Seafire Resort (& water sports), Boggy Sands Diner and Alfresco! A wide array of restaurants is a short drive, bus or taxi away.

And if you visit the Cayman Islands for it’s world-renowned SCUBA diving there is a rinsing/drying station behind the office.

Nearby there is horseback riding on the beach, tons of snorkeling, scuba diving, parasailing, swimming with dolphins and A MUST, visiting the world renowned stingray city or the world’s only turtle farm! You can see blue Iguana’s at the Queens Botanical Gardens or just sit by the pool enjoying the warmth of the Caribbean sun.

The on-sight management is outstanding, and they are eager to assist in any way to make your vacation experience a most memorable one.
