Casa Blanca Cottage - 7 Minute walk to Crystal Beach
Newly built (2018) family friendly 2 storey cottage home with comfortable 2 King and 3 Queen sized beds. Exceptionally clean and maintained. Fully stocked kitchen with large island to cook and entertain. Coffee, tea, spices, oil, vinegar, salt, sugar and much more. All major appliances and many small kitchen appliances provided. Full linens, blankets, pillows, plenty of towels, soaps and shampoos provided. The outdoor living space of this cottage is fantastic! Private fenced backyard with firepit. Three (3) covered porches include many amenities: large table with seating for 8, picnic table for children to gather and play, a Natural Gas Weber BBQ and a private porch with access from the main floor bedroom. The vast size of the covered porches allow guests to enjoy the outdoors even during inclement weather! Large backyard and side yard perfect for bocce-ball. Come experience the beautiful and quaint town of Crystal Beach Ontario. We have been renting this Cottage on another platform since 2019 with an overall rating of 4.96 out of 5 stars. We have expanded to the Vrbo platform this year.
Why they chose this property
World class beach, crystal clear warm waters with Caribbean rated sand. Niagara Falls is a 20 minute drive away. The Fort Erie - Buffalo N.Y. boarder crossing is only 15 minutes away. Multiple golf courses nearby. Walking and cycling trails nearby.
What makes this property unique
Newer home built in 2018 with 2000+ sq. ft of space to spread out and relax. Perfectly clean and completely accommodating to all guests. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee, tea, salt, sugar, numerous spices (keg steak spice, crushed chili peppers, black pepper, garlic power, oregano, Italian spice, onion powder, cinnamon, vanilla, baking powder), vegetable oil, olive oil and vinegar. Blender, electric griddle, kettle, 3 types of coffee makers, toaster, microwave, Kitchen Aid mixer, ice maker, rolling pin, baking sheets, muffin tins, colander, sifters, measuring cups, parchment paper, tin foil, saran wrap, zip lock bags and more. Natural Gas Weber BBQ...never run out of fuel for outdoor grilling! Three (3) outdoor covered porches with plenty of comfortable seating. Large private fenced backyard with firepit and surrounding seating and Muskoka chairs. Primary side of the property has no immediate neighbours offering extra space and privacy. The side porch is South facing to enjoy the sun and moonlit nights. Large property allows children to play freely under parent supervision.
