This beautiful family apartment is in the heart of Madrid, located steps to Gran Via chueca, Callao and Barrio Malsana - with 3 double bedrooms, 2 showers and 2 bathrooms, one of them with En-suite large shower, living room and lots of lights coming in,
The apartment is fully renovated since March 2024 - and furnitured with high quality and top brands, for those who knows how to live in style.
It is in the 3rd floor (with elevator) and very quiet -
We know that Madrid could be super noisy in many areas so we took care to choose our house in a quiet street with double glasses all over the house, to make your sleep well. We also have A/C all over the house (separte units in each room to maximise individual tempreture in every room).

You will feel like in your home with ensuite shower, 2 bathrooms, 2 showers, 3 bedrooms and more. We also have a kitchen with separate dining area.
All rooms has windows and the place has also a balcony from one of the bedrooms to the street.
The space is about 120SM super high standard - We have Luxury bed linen and plush towels fashioned from the finest fibres in the world.
We know that Madrid could be super noisy in many areas, so we took care and put double glasses all over the house.

Our house was kept with high end brands to make your stay a luxury one. Every detail was chosen well.
We have in the house smart light system, sound bar, nice TV and more. All kitchen equipment is here too, to make those families a nicer stay.
We do have 2 full bathrooms and 2 in-walk shower.
