The ONLY issue was one coffee cup had two obvious chips at the rim that should have been disposed of. Not a big deal. We had a wonderful time at this property. Thank you!!

I throughly enjoyed my stay at your cabin in Ruidoso. Morning coffee on the deck, watching the deer and elk stroll buy was just what I needed. This was a solo trip and I felt safe and comfortable. Everything I needed was there and midtown is just down the street. The only negative is that you really need pillow cases for the pillows on the bed, not just the decorative shams. I saw a previous review regarding that, so I knew to take my own.

The cabin was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Probably would stay again.Would have liked to have had throws or light blankets for sitting on the porch in the evening and mornings. Was advertised about the pond but it was empty and nasty looking.

Upon arrival we could not get door open. Cleaning lady was nice to help us get door unstuck. Door continued to be almost impossible to open &shut. Room was nice, but only 1 coffee cup in assorted kitchen supplies. Heavy rain caused door to leak, plus rain came in under door. Left early due to flooding concerns.

Overall, everything was very nice. The weather was beautiful so being able to sit outside on the patio deck was awesome. Even our dogs enjoyed the space of the cabin and deck. The bbq grill was dirty. We did by a grill scrub brush, a mixing bowl, a kitchen hand towel, and a bath mat. We left all these items behind for everyone else to use. So hopefully, those cleaning the cabin put them back after being washed (the kitchen hand towel and bath mat). We loved how close everything was such as shopping, eating out, etc. We had a great time relaxing and will be coming back to Ruidoso. Thank you!

50th Anniversary Getaway

My husband and I throughly enjoyed our time here with the peace and quiet of the mountains. The wildlife and smell of the pines were a bonus to the cozy cabin and comfortable bed.

Cabin was already occupied by a young man who was there for another 2 weeks.

Upon arrival we could no get into the cabin. I called the local management team. Was able to open door to cabin to find a man inside who had the cabin rent to till mid August. Management team sent a cleaning person and this resolved nothing. I had to reach out to VRBO directly to get request a full refund. I spoke to a person with VRBO and got a claim filed for a refund. However nether the management company or VRBO was able to find us other accommodations. We had go find a place to stay on our own. I felt the manangement company was not any help at all.

This is our 2nd stay at these cabins and we really love it ! Perfect for couples and plenty of room to relax ! The cabins are always very clean and nicely done .We mostly enjoyed the outdoor large porch with nice chairs to relax in and enjoy the cooler weather especially when there was a little rain !! The hosts are always quick to answer and booking is easy !We will definitely will be back to enjoy this peaceful place !!5 star all the way !!!
