Perfect place for family

This is a lovely place on a working farm in the Ozark Mountains. We were in town for a family event and this place was perfect for our adult and children group.

Family Thanksgiving

Absolutely love the arrangement of the house. It worked perfect for 2 couples and our teenage kids. Our parents live in the area and came over for Thanksgiving and the home provided a very spacious living/kitchen/dining area. Plenty of room in all rooms and the house was fully stocked. Out in the country but not far from town. Loved having the chickens to tend to and fire pit out front was excellent. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Review of Sunnyland

Beautiful views & peaceful setting. Would have been very nice to have a washer & dryer onsite, a microwave & a dishwasher for convenience sake. We had to ask for replacement king size sheets & for towels to be washed & replaced. Also, the trash was overflowing by the end of our 8 day stay. It would have been appreciated to have the trash emptied more often.

Beanfest weekend

We had planned for our daughters family to be with us. Our son-in-law got sick at the last minute, so they backed out. The house was in good repair. The property was nice! A fun concept! The house for the most part was clean. There was dirty coffee cup in the cabinet and hairs in the middle bathroom tub. We were not crazy about no window coverings being that close to the road. My wife made me put a sheet over over the bedroom window . It would be nice to have some kind os blinds, shades, or drapes in the bedrooms. It was kind of odd that there was a ADA toilet in the middle bathroom with a high sided tub. And a short toilet in the master with a walkin shower. Being that in 66 with bad knees i had to use the toilet in one and shower in the other. It probably seems like I'm nit picking ,but until you have these issues you don't think about these things. Overall it was a great stay and would go back again.
