About this property

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place.

Originally built in 1948 by my father, this barn shaped building was the Valley's only plumbing co. Later converted to apartments on the family Place, it still has a secluded and country feel even though it is on the bus line and near all the amenities. The most recent remodel was in 2004 and has the comforts of home surrounded by plants and trees, free roaming chickens and guinea fowl, and friendly neighbors.

This ground floor apartment has a single step at the front door and no stairs inside. Enjoy 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and a full sized laundry room. The main living area is in the "great room" style making sure the cook is always in on all the fun. Dine indoors or on the patio looking out over the center lawn with free roaming birds and other animals providing the entertainment.

Bedrooms are equipped with Fire TV on large screen sets, comfortable beds, and room darkening curtains.
