The property was great and staff was answered immediately the two times I called with questions. Very friendly and helpful. The property was very clean with plenty of room for my family.

When we arrived, we noticed no hangers in the closet, no pot to boil water and the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. This was on a Saturday, but Shaun was very responsive and by Tuesday, all had been resolved. The exterior of the building is old, but the condo was nice and convenient to the convention center.

This place has only a nice view. It is on 2nd floor. There was too much noice above the apartment, every movement and foot steps you can hear. Next time we will choose 3rd floor or stay in cabin to have more relaxing time.

No elevator

Great place to stay away from the crowd but no elevators. Old people such as my self and our guests had a hard time lugging up our belongings up three flights of stairs. Really my only complaint.
