The property was great, but small things like the bedroom missing the HDMI cable, so the TV would not work in the bedroom. Few other smaller items that were never addressed during my stay. Property is nice and local to everything in town.

Thank you for your feedback John. We will look into these issues.
The location of this property is excellent for access to the mountain. It was clean, the check-in process was painless (and staff were helpful and friendly), and the kitchen was reasonably appointed. Nice to have a washer/dryer as well.
There were a few issues to consider
1) Fairly noisy; walls are thin and there was continuous water gurgling noises throughout the day and night.
2) Hot tub was not particularly well maintained. The cover was barely functional and jets didn't all work
3) The floor plan of this particular unit was quite odd. Narrow living space, smaller sized bedroom, and tub shower with fairly high rim to step over.
Overall, our stay was pleasant, with a few reservations. Overall cost seemed a bit high considering. Thanks for the hospitality.
Rented this property for my fiancé and I! It was a great location and perfect amount of room! Super close to all the bars, restaurants, gondola, and more! Had basic kitchenware as we made a meal in one night. Would stay here again!
Only recommendation is that the couch needs the be replaced. It has some nasty colored stains, and it is also pretty shot, it’s seen better days.
Right across the street from the slopes and 1/2 block to Main st. Great location and great room with views of the slopes

Stay
The location and neighborhood were great! The sheets we were provided were dirty and the toilet was not properly working throughout the stay. Overall, I would stay at these lofts again.
This was a nice, simple apartment in a great location right near Main Street, in walking distance to everything you’d need in Breck. Checking in and out was easy. Would recommend.
Everything was very clean except several blankets that were in the closet outside the bedroom, & also the pillows on the couch & chairs in the living room. The reason I gave the property manger communication a 1 is because I emailed them before our stay asking several questions, including whether they offer healthcare workers a discount on their stay, and never received a reply. Otherwise, we really could not have imagined a better view from our lodge & that made it a wonderful trip!
We showed up with a trailer and side x side and the Manager, James, immediately offered us an employee spot for our trailer plus our spot in the garage for our vehicle !!! Location was in the heart of the beautiful town of Breckenridge and the only time we got in our vehicle was to go to a distant location to Hike, Fish in a mountain lake or a trail ride. Everything you could ever want was but a 15 minute drive at max. Will defiantly here again!!!
This was a very clean condo and perfect for a family of 4 with two small kids that slept on the pull out couch. Lots of hooks to hang ski gear and plenty of room to cook as well. We will be back!
amazing location! Unfortunately we had very loud and rude tenants above us. It was to the point that it was hard to sleep, constant walking/running around, slamming doors, etc. we loved the location but for the loud tenant above us reason we would not take the chance and stay here again!
We liked everything except we could not control the temperature in the bedroom and it was too hot. The fan was noisy and with the windows open the outside noise came in. Other than the sleep problem it was a good time.

Hi Ron - thank you for your review. We are having our maintenance team look into the fan to see if we can control the noise - thanks for noting!
