The property was well equipped and easily accessible. We loved that the property had a parking garage. We would definitely reserve this place for another getaway.
Great Location worth the lack of flexibility from management
Location makes this property! It’s a great place for a couple to stay and is actually steps from the ski lift. Super convenient. Loved the indoor and outdoor hot tubs. There is indoor parking which was also nice. However, we planned to ski the day of check out and I made sure to call management twice before our stay and the day of check out, in which it was confirmed all three times that we could keep our car parked at the property during that day (as long as it was out before the next check-in at 4pm). However, on the call on the day checkout, right after the front desk confirmed that was fine, the manager took the phone from the front desk and told us “absolutely not.” If you know anything about parking in Breck, it’s extremely hard to find ski parking especially after 10am. This completely out a damper on our plans so I would suggest management come up with a consistent policy, preferably to be a little more flexible or at least, consistent. Thanks!

Thanks for your review. Parking is very difficult in Breckenridge, and most places come with only one guaranteed spot. This means for guests, housekeepers and other personnel that may have to tend to the unit between guests. We're happy to accommodate extra parking or leaving a car in the spot for longer, if it's possible. This, however, doesn't always line up and consistency on parking modifications becomes very difficult. I appreciate you letting us know what happened and we will go over our internal policies with the whole team to ensure guests are being relayed the same message!
The listing says 1 full bath and one 1/2 bath. It has two rooms, one with a toilet, and sink and one with a shower and sink. This is not really as listed.
The humidifier did not work.
There was only 1 sauce pan and one very large pan, is needs another 1 or 1 quart pan.
The fridge froze everything.
The access to the lift was good, parking was good, and there was enough toilet paper and supplies.
The location was great. Step outside your door and you get on the lift. Fridge would freeze everything despite turning it down. Beds were not very soft. Place was clean. Towels provided. Fire alarm went off 3 times in one day including 10:30PM. Blamed on the sauna room. Hot tubs were nice. Overall would stay there again.

Needs attention and upkeep, but good location
The room needs some attention and upkeep - cleaning & dusting. Nails sticking out of wall in several places where something used to hang. Tub doesn't drain (great water pressure). Bed sort of sinks in the middle. The upholstery on chairs for the table needs cleaning (several spots) and the table needs cleaning or another coat on the top. No screen for the window (rain = mosquitos) - window on the right is broken (doesn't close correctly). Several light bulbs were out (over the bed, entryway & lone in livingroom). Doors could use some WD-40.
Great location. Beautiful area. Everything clean. But..
The mattress was terrible. Felt like sleeping on a hill and frig was real noisy. Not a good sleep. The facilities were great. Loved the hot tub, trails and walk downtown.
nice condo. outdoor spa very close to the room, also a beautiful hiking trail next door.
Nice cozy place for a trip to Breck. Condo had everything we needed. Enjoyed the outdoor spa and went for a nice hike right out of the building front door. Thank you.
I was unable to close the window next to the fireplace all the way so some cold air was coming in,but it was not too bad. Just mainly wanted to bring it to your attention

Thank you Stephen for noting the fireplace - our operations team will review this and ensure it is fixed prior to the next guest arrival. Thanks again!
Overall easy check n and great amenities. Arrangement of bed and lounge area not what i was expecting. I would have liked a bed near the window however used fans to circulate air from the other side of the condo

Run!!! Don't Walk to the next Unit Available
The worst!!! Run as fast as you can to the next unit available. Tiny and scummy unit! The pictures on the website looked good, but when I got into the unit it look more like a cheap dorm room. Bathroom and shower are each situated on opposite sides of the bed! The kitchen is smaller than an efficiency at a cheap hotel. It is 5 feet long and 3 foot wide with a dorm room refrigerator with no freezer. The furniture throughout is scummy, probably 40 years old with a 21 inch TV that only gets a few channels. There is no view from the tiny windows. I would rather have slept in my car. Don't believe the pictures....you can put lipstick on a pig and make it look good with enough photochopping!

Hi Timothy –
All of our properties, including those at Riverbend Lodge, are very reflective of the photos we take and show our future guests. We do not do any photoshopping of the pictures. This Riverbend studio is a great rental for those who need a nice place to stay while out all day on the slopes, in the winter, or hiking in the summer. Riverbend Lodge in Breckenridge is a very popular lodge due to its ski-in/ski-out access and beautiful condos.
We apologize that you were not happy with this unit, however we have received many reviews from past guests who enjoyed this studio condo, the décor, and the amenities it offers. And we work closely with the homeowners of this condo, and are very pleased that it is in our rental program. We strive to offer our guests the best experience possible during their stay. As you are already aware, we have refunded you for 1 night of your stay.
Thank you,
Candace Taylor

I wanted a few days to myself and this lodge met my needs. It was 'mud' season so I felt like I had the whole lodge to myself. The room was somewhat small but the furniture made it seem a little worse. The table was high so I had to set on high chairs to eat and work on my laptop which was very uncomfortable. I feel they could remove part of the sectional and get a nicer desk and chairs which would have made it more roomy. Also, I bought food to cook to save money and found out there was no frying pan. I had to buy one. Other than that, it was most peaceful. Exactly what I needed.

Our stay at 109 Riverbend was what we were hoping it would be. Fantastic Location with Ski IN/OUT and the room was very nice as well. Facilities were maintained as if it were a private vacation home. Access to snowflake lift right out the back door made hitting the slopes extremely simple. Heated parking and ski storage for each unit was a huge bonus. Overall my wife and I would give this location an A+. Cant wait to come back in the near future. Thanks, AJ
