Nice quaint place to get away to ski for a few days with the family. Close to downtown and lift is outside front door.

Perfect ski-in, ski-out studio

My son and I spent a couple days here and loved it. The lift is closer than advertised and the short (10 mins) walk into town for dinner was great (just don't forget it's uphill on the way back!). Would definitely book this again.

Rented this condo for my husband and son’s ski trip. Great location, condo looked exactly like the pictures on the listing. The Christmas tree was a nice touch.

Ski weekend

this property was conveniently located just off 4 o’clock run and steps from snowflake lift for a great ski-in ski-out access. The condo was perfect for my husband and I. the condo was comfy and cozy. We hope to stay there again in the future.

We did enjoy our stay, and the place was very clean and well stocked. But without AC the place got to warm to sleep well for us. We ended up sleeping on the sofa bed next to the only window. With another building and people walking about 20feet away we weren't able to leave the blinds open without people looking in the window. In the winter this isn't a problem, but in July you may be in the same boat.

Ski in ski out ski all day!!

Location is perfect for Snowflake up the mountain and 4’o clock back down. Heated garage and ski lockers are perfect. We enjoyed the XL outdoor hot tub and indoor sauna after a long day on the slopes. This place is great if you are here to hit the slopes and spend your evenings eating in town. If sleeping in is your priority bring earplugs! It is very noisy in the mornings.

We love Riverbend & its location! The condo was well stocked with things that we might need. Vickie was very responsive. The bed was comfortable as well as lots of places to sit & hang out & watch TV & play games. The only negtaive was the towels :( They were not normal size bath towels (we did have 2 that were), they were smaller, so the towel didn't wrap around you at all. This was a bummer at the hot tub too, especailly with frigi temps. So suggestion would be to get some larger bath towels for the shower, or at least for the hot tub. Everthing else was great!

Host was very welcoming and very responsive. All the necessities and more were there for a seamless stay. Only complaint is the beds - we struggled to get a good night's sleep because of how soft they were. Could have been personal preference, but it felt like I was falling into a hole.

Great weekend Trip!

Property was as advertised. Very clean. Property amenities were great too. LIterally a 30 second walk to the Snowflake lift. Highly recommend. Thanks for letting us stay!

We had a great ski trip in Breckenridge, made that much better by the great little condo we rented.

Literally steps from the lift, we totally enjoyed our stay in this condo. The condo was perfect for my husband and I on our first ski trip without kids in 20+ years. The hosts were so kind, going above and beyond to make our stay great.

Location location location!

Snowflake lift is literally out the back door. This is a true ski in ski out property. Underground parking, huge hot tub and location to ski lift what more do you need for the perfect ski vacation. We will be back!

Lovely Stay - Great Location

We very much enjoyed our stay here. It was two couples, one in the bedroom and one on the pullout couch. It was comfortable for our needs, as we were out on the slopes all day and did not need much space. Kitchen was well-stocked and the fireplace was easy to operate. The hot tub was also open at the time of our stay (there is one inside and one bigger one outside). Parking was easy in the garage and very convenient. Ski/Snowboard recommendation: when coming back down to the condo, I recommend you take 4 o'clock instead of navigating the runs back down to Snowflake lift. The latter has a couple important turns and A LOT of flat areas that snowboarders have to unstrap for. Just a heads up - 4 o'clock is no issue and you just have to cross the street to get back to the condo - much time saved this way. On the condo, everything was great!

Great Condo and Owner

We enjoyed our stay at Tyra IV Riverbend Lodge. It is conveniently located next to the Snowflake lift, Charter Sports, and the bus stop to town. Inside, the condo was well decorated, furnished appropriately, and clean. Nothing was outdated like some condos nearby. Most importantly, the owners are great people. I left my watch in the condo after we checked out and Vickie called me to ask if I had left it. She then made arrangements to for me pick it up while I was skiing before we headed back to Denver. A quick run down to the bottom of Snowflake lift and I had my watch back! Great experience and we will definitely come back.

Perfect ski trip

This condo was just what we needed for an all-out ski trip. The location was ideal, as Snowflake lift was steps away. Vickie, property owner, and extremely attentive and excellent to work with. Would highly recommend this property!

Convenient and great location

This was a cute, clean, and convenient condo! A true ski in/ski out and a quick walk to town. Fireplace is a plus and the kitchen is well equipped. The only con is that there is no view, nor a private outdoor space/balcony. Overall, it was a great and cozy place to stay!
