Was clean! Host was easy to communicate with and the beach was super nearby and there's golf carts to rent nearby and everything was super close by! I recommend staying there I had a great time

just my opinion but i think the property could use some updating. Also the parking is less than adequate. But overall it is a good location and was a pleasant stay.

Thanks for staying with us. We're sorry that you weren't completely satisfied with your stay. That's surprising since you added another night to your reservation after you arrived. We do our best to provide a clean and affordable place to stay for guests that don't want to pay outrageous prices but still want to be within walking distance of the beach and downtown. Each cottage has a reserved parking space directly in front and there is overflow parking for additional vehicles just down the driveway. You don't get that at a hotel or condo complex. In any case, we're sorry you didn't see the value and hope you find accommodations that are better suited to you in the future.

The plastic outdoor chairs need replacing. They have dry rot from the sun and break when you sit in them. Other than that the place is clean and the beds are comfortable.

We're glad you enjoyed your stay. We just replaced several of the beach chairs around the property and will continue to do so as needed. The chairs are not exclusive to any cottage, so there are always several other available.
