Settled in the Girdwood area of Anchorage, this cozy condo is near an abundance of trails, glaciers, and unforgettable wildlife-viewing opportunities. The vibrant city hub of Anchorage displays a flourishing culture, food, and music scene when you venture into the city center. Additional hotspots nearby include the Alyeska Aerial Tram, Girdwood Park, Alpine Air Alaska, and Bird Point.

After a day spent shredding the slopes of Alyeska Resort, ski back to your retreat, settle down, and get comfortable amidst the condo's living room seating and smart TV. Rest assured that you'll immediately feel at home amongst the vintage ski mementos and warm wood finishes.

When you aren't dining at the resort's lodge, the fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze with its stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space.

Down the hall, you'll discover the sizable bedroom and bathroom, outfitted with soft linens. A shared washer/dryer is available on-site, keeping all of your adventure garb refreshed.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This condo is not equipped with air-conditioning.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
