Historic Dundee upstairs apartment with original hardwood floors, windows and doors. New appliances, new leather electric recling couch, offstreet parking, and super comfy beds. Walking distance from restaurants and shops, Nebraska Medical Center and Blackstone District. Minutes to Midtown Crossing, Old Market, College World Series, CHI Center (formerly CenturyLink Center), and Aksarben.

The entrance to the apartment is at the back of the home, it is the upstairs apartment that you will be staying at. There is a lock box on the door for you to get in.. There is one parking pad in the back by the upstairs door to the apartment. The driveway is a shared driveway with the neighbors. The parking in front of the garage is the downstairs tenants. Please be considerate of the neighbors. There is also street parking. There is a downstairs tenant no access between apartments.
