Nice house on a dead end street overlooking a lake. Everything needed for a nice stay was there. Talked to the owner by phone and found him very nice to talk to. Had a great vacation.

A perfect setting!

We had a wonderful respite at Jan's beautiful home. He was very patient in answering all of our questions and promptly took care of a few issues. I enjoyed my stay, I spent some time in the pool every day and I enjoyed walking through the neighborhood. The home was very quiet and although I don't watch TV, I did set the large TV up as a monitor for my laptop and watched some webinars on tax and farming... The home was easier to locate than I at first thought it would be.

Beautiful sunsets by the pool

This home was just what my family needed while visiting relatives in Venice. Mornings at the beach were wonderful, and relaxing in the pool while watching the sunset on the lake was the perfect way to end each day. The home is very comfortable, well equipped, and family-friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Pleasant Venice getaway.

Property and home are well kept, and the home was well equipped. Included was a significant amount of beach equipment and kids beach toys which was very nice. The number of kids toys and games inside was also a nice surprise. Family/TV room was nice and bright with all windows looking out over the pool and lake, and comfortable seating to watch the 60" tv (also a nice touch). Heated pool was good to have as we had a few cooler days. Good location close to shopping, restaurants and beaches. Owner was great to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Good sized house in a quiet area

Very clean spacious property in a residential area and only a short drive to the beaches. There is everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay. From chairs etc for the beach to all requirements needed of a kitchen. The pool water was warm and welcoming after a day at the beach. The local wildlife is plentiful to watch all day long. The neighborhood is close to local supermarkets and not too far from Venice town for shops and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this property for a relaxing stay for all ages.

Spent a lovely week in the lanai watching wildlife in the lake, swimming in the pool, and visiting all our favorite beaches from this great home equipped with all the things such a visit might need.
