True Serenity

Serenity is a perfect name for Janine’s incredible condo! You can see by the photos that it is beautifully decorated but what you can’t see is how truly comfortable the condo is & the thoughtful touches for guests (the coffee/tea bar including a frother, super comfy bedding & an ice machine so you don’t have to buy bags of ice). It feels as if you are staying at a friends home!Janine is a fantastic host! She was so incredibly friendly and gave great suggestions for restaurants. She checked in on us to make sure we didn’t need anything or have any questions. Can’t wait to book with her in the future!

Born and raised in a small town just west of Asheville, NC, I grew up on a farm, drove tractors, biked and rollerskated, loved cool cars and flew airplanes with my dad. I went to Chapel Hill and began a career in real estate and insurance adjusting. I met the man of my dreams, have a beautiful family, and love to enjoy the finer things in life. I still love cars, going camping, traveling, building houses, beaches, and in the winter, sewing and knitting. I love being able to offer our beach condo for others to enjoy, as we have.

Why they chose this property

The community of North Myrtle Beach glows "small beach town" vibe and has grown but not overgrown itself, with new restaurants, activities, shopping, recreation, boating, fishing, and lots of places to stay. If I didn't have a home I loved in the upstate, I would certainly move here.

What makes this property unique

This condo is amazing! It is freshly remodeled and like no other in the building, or close by in other condos. The home offers bright, white living colors with spectacular views of the beach from the moment you step inside. White marble floors gleam fresh and clean, bright and airy. The high-end appliances are everything you would ever need. The bedrooms are comfortable with upscale decorations, style and the master offers a Purple Bed and Purple Pillows. The queen room is finely appointed with luxurious bedding and decor. The bathrooms are modern with glass enclosures and fine appointments. This place is spectacular and you don't want to miss a beach vacation in style!
