Guest Access:

Getting Around:
✓ Easy road access for trips to Breckenridge, Black Hawk and other local attractions
✓ There is a shuttle service that will transport you around the community

Interaction with Guests:
✓ Available via phone or in app communication
✓ We require all guests to complete a short pre-arrival form, which includes signing our rental agreement and providing basic contact details.
Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of overnight guests is 26. Please do not exceed this limit.

Primary Renter Age: The primary renter must be 25 years or older.

Events: While the home can accommodate large overnight groups, it is not permitted for events or ceremonies of any size.
The home is licensed, insured, and operated strictly as a short-term lodging property and is not available for weddings, ceremonies, receptions, parties, photo shoots, or events.

Pets: No pets are allowed on the property.

Children: Children of all ages are allowed. The following age groups are welcome: 0-2 years, 3-12 years, and 13-17 years.

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.

Parking: Only 4 vehicles are permitted onsite as per Summit County regulations. Any additional vehicles must park off-site.

Fire Pit: The fire pit is available for use. Please use lighter located in pantry to light and follow instructions on side of fire pit.

Furniture Movement: No furniture can be moved. A $500 charge will be applied for any furniture moved for any reason.

Elevator: At this time the elevator is not available for guest use. Sorry for any inconvenience.
