Home is secluded with privacy and closer to edgartown shops, food and bus service.Enjoyed the stay here with family and friends.

Sweet Spacious House

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this sweet house. The rooms very comfortable and the entire area is so quiet. This house is close to everything without being in the thick of it.

JAWS 50 th anniversary trip

Myself, my husband, our adult son, my sister, her adult son and my mother. House is really big. There was plenty of room for everyone! Updated nicel and clean as a whistle. We could all eat together at the dining table and we made use of the yard and deck with BBQ which is pretty cool. Owners were easy to contact and responded quickly. Had a great time. Would definitely book again!

Perfect Family Getaway in Charming Edgartown!

My family's stay at this property exceeded our expectations. The location is great, it is in a peaceful and quaint neighborhood and only a short drive to the town center. The layout was spacious yet cozy, providing more than enough room for our family to spread out and relax. The kitchen and dining area were perfect for cooking and enjoying family dinners. The outdoor space was a wonderful feature of this property. The kids had a blast playing in the backyard, and we enjoyed relaxing on the patio swing. The host was very responsive and we didn't have any issues with checking in. Overall it was a great weekend getaway!

Wonderful

Perfect home in every way. It felt like we were in a Nancy Meyers inspired set! Loved the ranch style layout, plenty of bedrooms with extremely comfortable mattresses. Three full size bathrooms. The central AC was heavenly! Living room was the central place for us to gather and oh boy what plush and comfortable seating. The neighborhood was lovely to stroll early morning with our coffee and early evening to take in some kayaking at sunset. We loved every aspect of this home and neighborhood.

This was my family's first visit to Martha's Vineyard. The stay at this lovely property will fuel my desire to come back soon. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Although the photo on the web site depicts a lake or pond, the property is not on the water but is on a very accessible quiet street. We loved the swing on the front porch and the cookout area and fabulous gas grill easily accessible to the house. The inside of the house was clean. The four bedrooms were as advertised except the master suite was huge and exceptional. The kitchen, dining room and living room where all very comfortable and well equipped. Appliances in the kitchen worked well with the exception of the ice maker in the large refrigerator freezer was not being functional. We had great communications with the host and she was very responsive to inquiries. We look forward to visiting again and will have no qualms about staying in this home.
