Fabulous home in Edgartown, close to beaches and center

Like so many others, our love affair with Martha's Vineyard began years ago when family members owned a home and we frequently visited. We quickly witnessed its vast beauty and magical powers. It took a few years but we finally found the perfect place for us that was welcoming and peaceful. It's called "Katama Winds". This 3 bedroom and 2 1/2 bathroom home is located behind Morning Glory Farm in the community of Island Grove. Katama

Wonderful Coastal Getaway

Our stay at Katama Winds was nothing short of incredible! The property is so incredibly clean and well maintained and was the perfect place for my friends and I to getaway for little luxurious vacation. The house is spacious and decorated so cutely!Claudia communicated so well and gave us great recommendations on places to go and things to do!Will absolutely be back, may even try and make this an annual trip!

Beautiful home! Terrific amenities, clean, and centrally located. We loved the outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. Many beach necessities were available for us: chairs, towels, umbrella, etc. The backyard is very spacious and the beds were very comfy! Hoping to come back next summer :)

Impeccable accommodations

The house was clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. It had everything we needed and was in close proximity to Morning Glory farm and the trail system. The neighborhood was perfect for my son and I to ride our bikes around (which were also provided). Overall it was the perfect stay!

Perfect!

A wonderful property with lots of extras to make a family stay perfect. Beautiful, quiet location, spacious yard and games for children and adults, fire pit for s’mores, and more. Close to Edgartown and other areas where we wanted to spend time and an easy walk to Morning Glory Farm whenever we wanted to go or needed great produce or baked goods. Would love to go back sometime!

Beautiful home

The stay at the house was fantastic. Not only beautiful and clean, but comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable too. Everything was kept pristine. There were labels on the light switches, cabinets and drawers. The house is kept immaculate and there is such a pride of ownership. I would want to stay here every time I visit. Thanks to such a gracious host!!

Beautiful stay

We had a great week here- the house was beautiful, spacious and clean. Our kids loved the giant back and front yards and how everything was labeled in the kitchen. We really enjoyed breakfast on the deck and sitting on the front porch. And we found the secret passage to Morningstar farms. Bikes at house were great too, and we rented extra bikes for other family members that were delivered right to the house. There was only 1 beach chair. Thank you!

This home was immaculate and in a great location. The home had everything you could need or want. I only wish I was able to stay longer to enjoy the island for more days. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen had everything you could need. The bathtub was fabulous and the home was comfortable, clean and peaceful. Could not have rented a more perfect home. Lovely Vineyard Home

Owners anticipated everything a guest would need, and more, to enjoy a visit to this special island. The home is bright, airy with great open spaces to share meals and conversations. Another big plus is the inviting front porch equipped with ceiling fans; perfect for a morning read or afternoon wind down. Highly recommend!

Lovely home! Great location!

Rented home for my nephews wedding. Home was conveniently located to downtown Edgartown for two of the festivities! Close to South Beach which we enjoyed every day! Uber’s available and easy to provide service to the home. Loved sitting on the beautiful front porch reading a book. Relaxing, clean, comfortable! Highly recommend!!!

Why they chose this property

It's a perfect size with plenty of space to spread out. Located in a fantastic location, we can jump on our bikes and head into town, walk right over to Morning Glory Farm for our produce or just hang out on our farmers porch entertaining family and friends.

What makes this property unique

Layout of space cannot be beat! Very comfortable, quiet and relaxing. We have a comfortable front farmers porch with 6 Adirondack chairs. It's welcoming and a great place to have a cocktail at the end of a beach day or to star gaze later in the evening.
